Scarifying

The scarifying process removes thatch and moss, this allows the desired grass plants to thrive helping produce  firmer surfaces, a healthier and stronger sward.

Thatchaway units fitted to greens triple mowers are used for golf & bowling greens. The Graden is used on bowls & golf greens also it is good on cricket squares as this machine is designed for deeper more aggressive scarifying.

Premier Turfing ltd also have available an Amazone Groundkeeper for scarifying larger areas.

The Blec Combinator is another machine in our fleet available with a scarification reel for fast and effective thatch removal.
