Based near Lincoln, our teams travel throughout the UK delivering specialist sports turf construction, renovation and maintenance projects. All accommodation, travel and subsistence costs are covered by the company when working away, giving you the opportunity to work on exciting projects nationwide while earning competitive rates of pay with excellent earning potential during the busy spring and summer seasons.

Sports Turf Operative
We're always interested in hearing from people who would like to develop a career in sports turf management.

The role offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including:

- Golf course construction and maintenance
- Premier League and EFL football pitches
- Rugby stadiums and training grounds
- Cricket grounds and racecourses
- Sports pitch drainage and renovation
- Turf installation and specialist sports turf operations

Who We're Looking For
Experience in greenkeeping, grounds maintenance or sports turf is an advantage, but it's not essential. We also welcome applications from people with backgrounds in agriculture, farming, tractor driving, plant operation or landscaping who are keen to develop a career in the sports turf industry.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidates.
